The tender is aimed at supporting companies, that perform advanced development and have foreign partners, due to the interaction, which makes it possible to increase the competitiveness of its products and commercialize the results of scientific and technological activities, as well as the possibilities to enter the products into the foreign markets: USA, China, India, UAE, Belgium, Latvia, Germany, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain, the UK, Portugal, Turkey, Finland, Switzerland.
Conditions of participation in the tender and procedure of financing Bids, submitted for the tender, must comply with the priority directions of science, technologies and technics development in the Russian Federation, approved by the decree of the President of Russia, dated 07.06.2011 ? 899.
The maximum amount, provided by the Grant Foundation, is not more than 15,0 mln. rubles, provided that there is a co-financing from extrabudgetary funds in the amount of not less than 50% of the amount of the grant.
Due date of the R & D is from 18 to 24 months from the date of formation of a contract (agreement) on providing of the grant and defined in the announcement of the realization of the tender.
Means of financing of “Technopark” can be used for:
b) charge on pay-roll;
c) special equipment (not more than 10% of grant amount);
g) materials, raw materials, spare parts (not more than 30% of grant amount);
e) payment of work of co-executors;
f) other works and production services performed by the third party organizations ;
g) other general costs (not more than 10% of the grant amount).
The cost of the articles "e" and "f" shall be in total not more than 30% of the amount of the grant.
The attracted means can be used for financial maintenance of expenses:
a) research and development;
b) patenting, including foreign patenting;
c) the acquisition of machinery and equipment;
d) the acquisition of new technologies (including the acquisition of rights for patents, licenses);
e) travel, business trips, including international trips;
f) holding conferences, working meetings with partners in the consortium;
g) procurement of software; h) education and training of staff;
i) market research;
j) application of modern quality control systems, certification of products.
Bids will be accepted until 12:00 (Moscow time) February 10, 2016.
The funding is provided in the amount of not more than 15 million rubles under the condition of co-financing from own and (or) attracted funds of third parties in the amount of not less than 50% of the amount allocated by “Technopark”.

Portugese developer Imorbi II - Investimentos Imobiliarios SA has announced $165m plans to build a hotel and residential complex in Sochi, Krasnodar region.
The complex, to be named Portugese Caravelle, is reportedly to be built on a five-hectare site in the village of Dagomys in Sochi’s Lazarevskoye district at the Black Sea shore.
The complex is to be divided into residential and hotel zones. Under the project, the complex is to feature three restaurants, a lobby-bar, night club, seasonal pool-bar, conference-halls, business-centerm SPA and fitness centers, open-air pool and parking lot.
The complex is scheduled to be put into commission in 2017 - 2 apartment blocks, 2018 - 4 apartment blocks, 2019 - 4 apartment blocks.
